Last updated: May 2026. Please read these terms carefully before booking a transfer with CAB Morocco.
1. About CAB Morocco
CAB Morocco is a private taxi and transfer service operating throughout Morocco. We arrange point-to-point private transfers including airport pickups, city-to-city routes and excursions. Our registered contact is contact@cab-morocco.com.
2. Booking & Confirmation
A booking is confirmed when you receive a written confirmation from CAB Morocco by email or WhatsApp. The confirmation contains your reference number, route, date, time, vehicle and price.
Bookings made online are subject to driver availability. If we cannot fulfil a booking, we will notify you within 2 hours of receipt and issue a full refund if payment was taken.
3. Pricing
All prices displayed on our website and booking form are fixed prices in Euros (€) for the complete journey. Prices are inclusive of all road tolls, fuel, parking and driver time. There are no hidden extras.
- Prices are quoted per vehicle, not per person.
- Waiting time beyond 60 minutes (airport pickups) or 15 minutes (other pickups) may incur an additional charge, agreed before the journey.
- Payments made via PayPal are subject to a 10% processing fee. Cash payments carry no surcharge.
4. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time. Cancellations within 24 hours of pick-up may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the journey price. No-shows will be charged 100% of the journey price.

5. Flight Delays & Changes
For airport pickups, we monitor your flight status in real time. If your flight is delayed, your driver will wait for you at no extra charge. If your flight is cancelled, we ask that you contact us as soon as possible so we can reschedule.
6. Passenger Responsibilities
- Passengers must be ready at the agreed pickup point at the confirmed time.
- Passengers are responsible for the behaviour of all members of their party during the journey.
- Excessive soiling of the vehicle may result in a cleaning charge.
- Passengers are responsible for their own travel documents (passports, visas, etc.).
7. Luggage
Standard luggage allowances apply per vehicle type. If you have oversized or excess luggage (e.g., surfboards, bicycles, large equipment), please inform us at time of booking so we can assign an appropriate vehicle.
8. Liability
CAB Morocco carries passenger liability insurance for all transfers. We are not liable for losses caused by traffic delays, road closures, border restrictions, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
We are not responsible for missed flights, trains or onward connections due to traffic or other unforeseeable delays.
9. Complaints
If you are unsatisfied with any aspect of your journey, please contact us within 48 hours by email at contact@cab-morocco.com. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Marrakech, Morocco.
