Booking is easy — use the online booking form to enter your pickup, destination, date, time and passengers. You receive instant confirmation by email. You can also book via WhatsApp (+212 635-002900) or email (contact@cab-morocco.com).

All prices are fixed and agreed in advance. There are no meters, no hidden charges and no surcharges for traffic, night journeys or public holidays. The price you see is the price you pay.

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before pickup are fully refunded. Cancellations within 24 hours of pickup are non-refundable. Contact us by WhatsApp or email with your booking reference to cancel.

We operate standard sedans (up to 3 passengers), saloons (up to 4), large MPVs (up to 7), and minivans for groups of up to 14 or 17 passengers. All vehicles are air-conditioned and maintained to high standards.

Yes. We monitor your flight in real time. If your flight is delayed, your driver automatically adjusts their arrival time — at no extra charge.

If your flight is cancelled, notify us via WhatsApp or email as soon as possible. We will reschedule your transfer free of charge to your new arrival time.

Yes — cash payment directly to the driver is our most popular option. If you pay by PayPal online, a 10% service fee applies to cover processing costs.

All drivers speak English. Many also speak French, Spanish or German. Mention any language preference when booking.

We recommend at least 24 hours in advance, especially during peak season (March–May, September–November). For urgent last-minute bookings, contact us directly via WhatsApp.

Yes — we cover Marrakech (RAK), Casablanca (CMN), Agadir (AGA), Fez (FEZ), Essaouira (ESU), Tangier (TNG) and Rabat-Salé (RBA).

Yes — check the "Add return journey" option in the booking form. Return trips are booked together in one reservation.

For airport pickups, we include up to 60 minutes of free waiting time after your scheduled arrival to allow for luggage and customs. For other pickups, 15 minutes of free waiting is included.

We cover the entire country — Marrakech, Casablanca, Agadir, Fez, Essaouira, Chefchaouen, Tangier, Rabat, El Jadida, Ouarzazate, Imlil, Ourika, Taghazout and many more. If your route is not listed, ask us directly.

Child seats can be arranged on request — please mention this when booking. Availability may vary by vehicle type.
